Our service process

Complete inspection of the AC including cooling, noise, and leakage.

Main power is switched off and all safety measures are followed.

AC filters are removed and thoroughly cleaned using water/cleaning solution.

Deep cleaning of cooling coil, blower, and drain tray.

Condenser coil and fan are cleaned using pressure water.

Drain pipe is checked and cleared to prevent water leakage.

Refrigerant gas pressure is checked (gas refill if required at extra cost).

AC is tested for proper cooling, airflow, and noise level.

Service area is cleaned after completion of work.

What we will need from you

Continuous electricity connection during the service.

Tap water for cleaning indoor filters and outdoor unit.

Free space around indoor and outdoor unit for easy service.

For safely reaching the indoor unit (if AC is installed at height).

Access to bathroom/balcony drain for water outlet.

Safe parking space for technician’s vehicle near the location.

Society / building permission if required for outdoor unit access.

Pets should be kept away from the service area during work.
